Today we showed up to a non-working garbage disposal. Homeowner used it last night and it jammed up and stopped working. The p-trap was directly underneath the garbage disposal, had to remove p-trap to unjam garbage disposal. Cleaned out around the teeth of the garbage disposal. Tested and was working properly when I left. Recommendation- if garbage disposal Jams again, I would replace. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

On arrival both systems running and cooling producing adequate deltas. Indoor units had significant bacterial growth and dust. Recommended iaq 200 uv system to address this. Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but both condensers over amped on start up and the downstairs disconnect is broken. Systems cooling as I left.

During this visit i looked at cooling side of the system. Im happy to report that the system is in good health. The td is 20 filter is and condensor is washed. I recommend more insulation for the attic. This will help the system turn on less. I also recommmed and easy start for out side all though the inrush isnt super high the sound it makes when it kicks on is troublesome. Easy start with reduce the inrush up to 75%. This provides a wide range of benefits for the system the most important being added longevity.
On this job i discovered the system down. The fan motor is shot i also noticed the the contactor in bad condition as well as the deforst control board. I recommed putting an easy start on this system is repairs are going to be made. He wants to pause on repairs and sit with CA to discuss new system and time line for install. Ca is set for may 20th at 10am sharp.
Arrived onsite customer had a water line at meter that was leaking. Went ahead and cut bad section of water line out and repiped tested after a repair everything working properly.
Came to job for plugs in light. Not working was not a call back. But found the issue and was very, very simple. Customer didn't have card on her so promised she would call tomorrow. And pay and if not please reach back out to get payment
