Completed cooling tune-up all electrical components good amp draws good free on levels good clean condenser filter good drains clean and clear system operating correctly
For this job we performed an evaluation. There was a clogged drain line and the compressor was amping over the rated LRA on the data tag. We reccomended a membership, Drain clear, and compressor saver. Homeowner agreed for only the drain clear at the moment. Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day!
Today we showed up for a clogged hall bath toilet. Upon arrival the homeowner had to plunge the toilet three to four different times. I hrabbed a toilet auger. I flushed a dozen times with and with a toilet paper and it was not backing up. Everything was working well when we left Also the homeowner will be calling in next week to schedule an appointment to get the tub drain and the hall bath redone. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

For this tune up I came and inspected two systems one Linux unit that was from 2019 and another trane system from before 2009 R22 refrigerant Contactor has a dead lizard on top, there is a small leak for R 22 system Blower is filthy dirty Recommend to get ducts cleaned Recommended to get a system replacement, Lennox system is good Delta was 16 degrees Comfort advisor scheduled to come out next Wednesday 8/13 first call per Katie confirmation Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day
I have completed my inspection and found that everything looks great gfci's are present and functional but they do need surge lprotection as it is not present in the main panel but she is currently a little tight on cash and would like to take a rain check
For this job I performed a cooling tune up on all 3 units. None of the units have a soft start or compressor saver installed and are all amping over the LRA rating for their corresponding data tags. I recommended I stalking either hard starts or soft starts to bring down the inrush amps for longevity purposes. Home owner declined. No further suggestions were made, all 3 system were functioning and cooling within normal spec limits. Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day!
Came to job to quote running a new circuit across house and underground to a shed that he is putting in his backyard so I talked to him about what he's wanting to add.50 amp subpanel for his shed qo panel and 20 amp mini split
Came to job for electrical inspection and ended up talking to them about search protection and also fixing doubled up neutrals and then also talk to them and explain to them GFIs and how they work and how they're connected in his house
Upon arrival thermostat was on and calling for cool but system was not cooling. Thermostat set at 74 home was 81 Because of system powered and calling for cooling I went directly to condenser unit Outdoor condenser unit not on so I removed panel and checked for high voltage and had nothing System had a core sense installed and had Trip/Lock sensor on Checked disconnect for high voltage issues and noticed disconnect breaker was tripped. Checked all wires to see if bad connection or rub out and did not find any issues. System also has soft start installed so I checked wiring of soft start and it is correct. Spoke to homeowner about breaker trip and after resetting breaker I found no other issues. Collected service fee and left system on cool Thermostat dropped to 78 upon departure and continuing to drop.
